JOB SUMMARY
Assists the Maintenance Manager in the maintenance, calibration & improvement of NPCP's buildings & its various facilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assists on all activities concerning the general upkeep of the company's buildings & its various facilities which includes but not limited to manufacturing system's equipment/machine, water and power supply system, transport vehicles, communication system, preventive maintenance & calibration, etc.
• Participates in maintenance planning activities & its implementation, documentation & record keeping.
• Assists in establishing the standard operating procedures and needed documentation & record keeping for all maintenance work processes as required by NPCP's Quality & Environmental Management System.
• Attends operational meeting and/or represents department head in his/her absence.
• Submits monthly report of his unit's activities.
• Carries out 5S activities and other company activities as well as in specific assignments.
• Ensures company's safety, environmental and quality policies and procedures are strictly followed.
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or any related course. Preferably licensed Engineer.
• Experience: At least 3 years in related field of work, Must have solid background in equipment maintenance, Preferably with supervisory experience
• Skills: Must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, Must be assertive and have strong leadership capabilities, Must have good written and oral communication skills
