Description
-Develop plans and programs for the Department;
-Formulate, develop, implement Club's engineering policies and procedures;
- Implement an effective preventive maintenance system of the club;
-Ensure immediate response/repairs of all defects, civil works, mechanical, electrical, equipment, and the machinery of the Club
-Recommends/suggests bldg. improvements, etc to the management;
-Supervises ongoing projects, installation of safety, security, and environmental requirements of the bldg.
- Submit periodic reports to the General Manager.
-Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
