We are looking for a reliable MAINTENANCE STAFF who can ensure the proper upkeep of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks
Conduct air-conditioning cleaning, troubleshooting, and basic servicing
Assist in aircon installation is a strong advantage
Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained
Support workplace safety and cleanliness
Qualifications:
Experience in building/facility maintenance
Basic knowledge in AC cleaning (installation experience is a plus!)
Physically fit and can work with minimal supervision
