MAINTENANCE STAFF
 
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Hotel Maintenance Staff to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained in good working order to provide a comfortable and safe environment for our guests and staff.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel systems (e.g. plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, elevators, etc.)
Respond promptly to guest and staff repair requests or maintenance issues
Carry out general repairs such as painting, carpentry, and minor plumbing or electrical fixes
Assist in setting up or moving furniture and fixtures as needed
Ensure maintenance logs are updated and safety procedures are followed at all times
Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
Collaborate with external contractors when specialized repairs are needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or vocational/technical course in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting Basic knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physically fit and able to work on your feet, lift items, and climb ladders
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays if needed
Team player with good communication skills
