Job Descriptions
Install and make emergency repairs to various kinds of fixtures and equipment
Responsible on the Periodic inspection of the office building
Schedule and facilitate cleaning of air-conditioner on the office
Facilitate and lead; health and safety issues including, fire audits and Dole Compliance on Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS)
Make repairs of lighting circuits, conduit and duct systems and other types of electrical lighting, signal and power equipment.
Responsible on the acceptance of incoming documents and materials
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering specialized on Electrical, Mechanical
A two years of work experience in one or more of the following trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, cabinet/furniture making, or heating and air conditioning
Ability to perform a variety of maintenance and repair activities
Excellent attention to detail
Must have a solutions focused attitude
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong communication skills
Be trustworthy and conduct the role with integrity
