Qualifications:
Graduate of any Engineering Course or Technical Course.
At least 1 to 3 years Experience .
Knowledge in electrical, mechanical or electro-mechanical works.
Experience in Machine Preventive and Corrective maintenance.
Must be a team player, flexible, hardworking and with good moral character.
Job Function:
The Maintenance Staff position is responsible in ensuring that the production line is well maintained before, during and after operations. Also, make sure that all machines and equipment are properly set-up to support the operation. He is also responsible to ensure that the line downtime is kept to a minimum by doing repairs/maintenance on the equipment that stops during operation.
In performance of the above responsibilities, the following shall be the Key Processes.
Make routine rounds in the factory/line and check all equipment if running normally
Performs the necessary mechanical adjustments to eliminate major & minor problems that may happen during the operations
Troubleshoots the machine in the event of mechanical breakdown and performs the necessary actions to solve the problem at the fastest time possible
Performs lubrication, servicing and inspection of all components of the machine during Preventive Maintenance
Conduct regular inspection and analyze malfunctioning machines and systems, recommends corrective action, makes repairs or modifications as approved by Section Head.
