Preferably graduate of any technical vocational course.
Preferably with at least 2 years work experience in maintenance.
Willing to work on shifting schedule.
Report all problems and abnormalities observed and encountered to his superiors for
correction and prevention of further damage.
Maintenance Technician JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping a facility operating and repairing any
problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen. A Maintenance
Technician will usually be required to perform a wide range of repair tasks around a facility.
Some other tasks a Maintenance Technician may be called upon to do include:
1. Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage.
2. Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of
water fixtures.
3. Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs.
4. With minimal knowledgeable about HVAC System and or refrigeration.
5. With knowledgeable about machines and equipment.
6. Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
7. Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped
