Requirements and Skills:
1. Preferably Male
2. Strong knowledge of surface preparation, including sanding, patching, priming, and finishing.
3. Experience with interior and exterior painting for residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
4. Skilled in using painting tools and equipment (brushes, rollers, spray machines, ladders, scaffolding).
5. Basic knowledge of general maintenance work (minor repairs, plumbing, carpentry, electrical assistance is an advantage).
6. Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
7. Can handle pressure & can-do multi-tasking.
8. Must have good communication skills.
