URGENT HIRING! MAINTENANCE STAFF ( ENGINEERING TEAM)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Staff to support the upkeep and repair of equipment, facilities, and utilities within our food manufacturing and commissary operations. The role ensures that machines, electrical systems, and facility structures are maintained in safe and efficient working condition to support continuous production.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of production equipment and facility structures.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and minor building issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
Assist in installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards required in food manufacturing.
Maintain tools, maintenance equipment, and spare parts inventory.
Respond immediately to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Coordinate with production staff regarding equipment concerns.
Assist with facility improvement projects when required.
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate or Vocational Course in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
1-2 years experience in maintenance work is preferred, especially in manufacturing or food production facilities.
Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repair.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems efficiently.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
Responsible, reliable, and safety conscious.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position
May require overtime or emergency maintenance work when necessary.
