Arrange list of customers to be reminded who are due for service
Confirm next day appointment to the expected client.
Confirm the attendance of late customers.
Confirm the attendance of no show customers.
Refer to history file & confirm vehicle details .
Prepare appointment slip for daily appointments and send confirmation to customers on their appointments.
