Job Description
Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, ensuring efficient use of manpower, tools, and resources while aligning with production schedules, safety, and food safety requirements.
Track, analyze, and report on maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support equipment efficiency, budget management, and spare parts optimization.
Train and coach team members on preventive maintenance methodologies and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in maintenance processes.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Industrial) or similar fields.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Mechanical, Electrical & Automation, Process, or Industrial Engineering; a degree in engineering is preferred for large facilities.
At least 3 years in a technical role, ideally within food manufacturing or consumer goods, with hands-on experience in maintenance planning, coordination, and KPI tracking.
Proficiency in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), preventive maintenance planning, and Asset Management Maintenance (AMM) systems; basic understanding of Electricity, Control, and Automation.
Familiarity with SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) and Quality Management standards, along with cost management principles.
Strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and advanced knowledge of MS Office; ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
