Job Description:
1. Ensures that non-emergency jobs are well planned before work begins.
2. Prepares weekly preventive maintenance schedule.
3. Works with engineering to establish and optimize preventive maintenance program.
4. Develop historical job estimates.
5. Develop standards for repetitive jobs.
6. Determines labor capacity for schedule.
7. Responsible for maintaining the equipment information, such as drawings, spare parts listings, equipment manuals, etc.
8. Coordinates with branches on matters/problems that need attention from the department.
9. Prepares monthly summary report of man-hours and materials cost.
10. Prepares purchase requisition of all engineering materials.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of mechanical/electrical engineering or any related course
2. Three (3) years experience in manufacturing set-up as a maintenance planner or related position
3. Knowledge in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office application
4. Preferred with knowledge and good understanding of or have attended/received ISO, FOOD Safety (cGMP,HACCP,Codex,SOP,SSOP), Halal Assurance
5. Must understand how maintenance functions within the organization's structure.
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Architecture and Engineering Food Production 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
