Our Role
Based in our Rio Tuba Plant in Palawan the role will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance planning and implementation of the plant. The role will also include establishing an efficient and effective maintenance plan of the plant, including its implementation and evaluation of its results for continual process improvement.
Receive, review, and validate all work orders from different plant department.
Provide cost estimate, including labor/ man hours for work order implementation.
Responsible for formulating or generating of production and maintenance schedule work activities based on Planned Predictive & Preventive Maintenance (PM) Master Plan.
Maintain and track the maintenance department's documented information.
Collaborate with PLD, production and maintenance team for the preparation of Annual Repair and Maintenance Budget.
Carry out tasks and follow procedures according to maintenance manual and other company quality standards.
Collaborate and assist in monitoring of all works performed by maintenance technicians and contractors.
Support and implementation of all the requirements of the quality, environmental and safety & health management system.
The successful candidate will have a qualification of an Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineer or equivalent. Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment or a quarry is highly desirable. A strong knowledge of maintenance efficiency.
