MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL
Qualifications :
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems is an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
Experience as Maintenance in a Wooden Furniture Manufacturing is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with tools, equipment, and basic building systems (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
Experience working in commercial, residential, or industrial facilities is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems.
Knowledge of workplace safety practices and procedures.
Capable of reading blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
