Job Responsibilities:
· Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, walls, etc.
· Conducting routine inspections of office premises, appliances, etc.
· Install appliances and equipment
· Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, etc.
· Inspect office facilities, equipment, etc.
· Report to the General Manager for facility-related issues
· Cleans and assists with the upkeep of the facilities
· Performs other related duties as assigned
· Report to the Admin Manager and General Manager for facility-related issues
Job Requirements:
· Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
· Ability to use standard tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches
· Familiarity with performing routine maintenance
· Ability to follow instructions from supervisors
· Knowledge of basic repair
· Has good organizational and time management skills
· Ownership of personal vehicle for transportation (car or motorcycle)
· Within the proximal range of the primary facility for daily driving (4/F Mercedes-Benz Center, Clark Freeport Zone)
