Qualifications
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related course
Preferably with at least 3-5 years work experience in maintenance, motorpool and understanding of health and safety best practice and regulations.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office: Excel & Word
Fast learner and can work under minimal supervision
Primary Functions
Responsible in assessing the activities of Maintenance Technician and Mechanic.
Ensures that all Preventive Maintenance of Machine, Facilities, Truck, and Service unit are implemented.
Ensure that Reactive Maintenance are perform, immediately repair faulty or breakdown Machine, Facilities, Truck, and service unit.
Ensure that records of Preventive Maintenance Program for Maintenance and Motorpool are keep, stored, and filed properly.
Ensure that Philippine Electrical Code are applied as basis for safeguarding employee and facilities.
Requesting and Monitoring of Parts, Spare parts, tools, and supplies.
1. Always available of consumable parts motorpool (Like tire's, flaps, interior lubricants, clearance light, bulb, filters, auto wire, battery, brake linings, clutch linings, rubber cap, wiper blades)
2. Trucks with historical repair must have a spare part or ordered item.
3. Always available consumable parts maintenance (like wire, electrical tapes , outlet, bulb, welding rods, lubricants) Monthly request of Maintenance supplies
Safety
Ensure that Occupational Safety and Health Standard are applied to protect the worker from injury, sickness.
Promote Safety and Health Standard
Records Incident, Accident and Damage to Property, conduct its Root Cause Analysis, submit recommendation in any Incident / Accident reported.
Ensure that Preventive Maintenance Program of Firefighting equipment are implemented.
