MAINTENANCE mechanic ii - moldTE Connectivity

OVERVIEW:
The Position is responsible for:
Maintaining the Molds as per PM, managing spare parts, refurbishment and troubleshooting of the mold
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for smooth running of molds in shift
Trouble shooting of molds
Root cause analysis to reduce mold breakdowns
To carry out mold change over as per the given schedule
To carry out routine and preventive maintenance
Spares planning
Adherence to quality standards
To provide on job training to trainee tool and die maker
To demonstrate safe working environment
Work on Ready to deploy projects suggested by Molding COE
QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma in tool and die making
Min 3 years' experience in injection mold making and maintenance
To understand behaviour of plastic material
Working knowledge in molding process and optimization
Design Knowledge
