Plans and Schedules approved projects Coordinates and monitors the contractor's daily activity if project is subcontracted. Recommends / requests manpower allocation for every project if need arises. Reports project updates to superior. Facilitates the building and maintenance of warehouse facility particularly in civil works. Monitors welder's performance and output as per assigned task. Request materials for every approved project. Utilizes available materials to minimize scrap. Documentation of projects through pictures (before and after). Implements safety precautions / guidelines for every project to do. Coordinates with concern division or personnel on implementation of projects. Safe keeps and controls the tools and equipment as issued for civil works. Assures that cleanliness, orderliness and safety precautions are being practice in working area. Performs related task assigned by superiors. Job Qualifications: At least Bachelors Graduate, Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Technical Course. With at least 2 years experiences in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities. With formal training in related fields is a plus. Ability to deal and meet perceptively and courteously with fellow employees and contractors. Ability to install, inspect, repair and maintain plumbing, welding, civil works and otherrelated systems pertaining to an operations type of business, having knowledge in electrical is a plus. Ability to perform various maintenance tasks and clean-up as needed. Ability to evaluate needed supplies and other inventories related to maintenance and projects. Ability to understand complex written and oral instructions. Ability to plan and determines material, equipment and supplies to be used, and transfers of personnel and equipment from one project to another as necessary. Thorough knowledge in corresponding safety precautions and occupational hazards necessary for safe performance of assigned duties.
