Job Summary:
Performs maintenance and repairs to buildings and facilities including electrical, air-conditioned, air purifiers, furniture, and fixtures, etc.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
With NC II in Electrical Installation and Maintenance is an advantage
At least 3 years of experience related to electrical installation and maintenance in a corporate setting
Experience in fixing and maintaining air-conditioning units is an advantage
Diligent, pro-active, and highly motivated
With good problem-solving skills and physically fit
Ready for immediate employment
