MAINTENANCE HEAD
 
Job Summary
Makes sure to supervise all necessary repairs, installations, machine and equipment maintenance, including preventative maintenance protocols.
Job Description
Create maintenance protocols and make sure they are followed
Conduct facility inspections in order to find and fix problems
Inspect establishment hydraulic and electrical systems, including equipment's and machines for proper operation
Arrange and supervise every installation and repair task
Assign tasks and manage maintenance personnel
Oversee interactions with service providers and contractors
Keep an eye on the inventory of equipment and place orders as needed
Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
Ensures PMS schedule is well implemented
Maintain maintenance records and provide an activity report progress
Verify that health and safety regulations are followed
Job Qualification
High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management will be an advantage
Demonstrated expertise in managing or supervising maintenance team
Experience in planning maintenance operations
Thorough knowledge of the technical facets of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, etc.
Practical familiarity with facilities' machinery and equipment
Certification in maintenance-related fields is a plus.
