Job Description
To ensure the effective and efficient operation of all systems, equipment, installations and fittings in their area of responsibility.
To ensure the planned preventive maintenance of all systems, equipment, installation, fittings in their area of responsibility are carried out to the highest level and industry standards with minimum breakdowns.
To provide all subordinate staff in their team with opportunities and training to improve their technical ability so that there are zero complaints with regards to quality of work.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil); Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent recognized trade qualification
Experience in Property Facility Maintenance Management preferably in Retail or commercial building
Able to speak, read and write in Tetum, Bahasa or Chinese.
