Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Aviation/Aerospace or any Engineering related course. Holder of PRC and/or AMT/AMS Licenses At least ten (10) years minimum of relevant work experiences in aviation as per applicable specialization in Aviation Maintenance. Minimum one (1) year management experience or three (3) years in a supervisory or related position for handling sections such as Line/Base/Shop Maintenance operations At least have worked from companies which is ISO QMS accredited, ISO oriented. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Ensure the execution of activities is compiled within the prescribed standards and recommend opportunities that will improve productivity outcome for the organization. Ensure that defined Key Performance Indicator are aligned and met. Ensure personnel development and skill upgrade. Manage unit productivity to maintain the optimum output. 5. Recommends upgrades, promotions, reclassifications, transfers, vacations, lays-off, and leaves of absence of employees directly under him in accordance with established policies, practices and procedures. 6. Maintains a high level of coordination with Quality Assurance, Safety, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure rapid identification, response and resolution of problems affecting company's performance. 7. To actively participate in APLUS SMS by ensuring highest reasonable level of safety performance is achieved by complying with applicable safety and security laws, regulations and standards and by reporting all accidents, incidents and hazards. 8. Ensure the unit's adherence to company's rules and regulations and administers the implementation of personnel policies and procedures within the Department 9. Delegate his authority and responsibilities to an Officer-In-Charge (OIC) in case of being absent for duty. 10. Performs other duties as may be assigned by Director - CP 11.
