With a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar engineering course
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have a valid PRC ID
With 8 years of proven, hands-on work experience as a maintenance engineer for industrial machinery, building and facilities management, or motor pool (fleet management), preferably with experience in all three industries
With at least 5 years in a leadership/supervisory position***
With a wide network of machine fabricators, electricians, and plumbers for outsourced projects
Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, automotive and HVAC systems
Ability to read and interpret drawings and system schematics
Understands and advocates for the safety features of machines
Ability to write machine operation manuals
With advanced Autocad skills
Highly analytical and with a strong technical capability ability to conduct maintenance diagnostics and give recommended repair strategies with long-term value
