Description
A worldwide Chemical Distributing company is looking for a Maintenance Engineer with a license to operate a 3T forklift as well as experience in repairing and maintaining conveyor and crushing systems, packaging and materials equipment, lubrication, etc.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Repairing and maintaining the Company's plant
Establishing and executing of plant mechanical maintenance program, mechanical repair, general maintenance and troubleshooting
Ensuring all Plant areas both internal and external are kept safe to operate and work in and clean at all times
Reporting to the Plant Manager and inform other members regarding Plant Operations problems, performances and safety hazards
Assisting in training plant operators and general maintenance activities.
Qualifications and skills required:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with license
5 years relevant working experience in industries such as Cement, Mining, Coal Preparation or similar
Experienced in Mechanical Fitting/ Welding with Engineering Trade Certificate and/ or diploma
Knowledge in ERP systems especially SAP.
