MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities
Assist in performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, basic carpentry, and minor plumbing repairs.
Perform basic unit repairs as assigned.
Assist in diagnosing and repairing building structure issues.
Work with the maintenance team in troubleshooting issues promptly.
Perform assembling, dismantling, and safekeeping of property furnishings.
Provide relevant support in performing and delivery of projects assigned to the team.
Adhere to safety protocols in the workplace
Report any issues found on the property.
Helps maintain a positive working environment
Any other duties that may be assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Some experience in maintenance, construction, or in any related field.
Basis knowledge of maintenance techniques, and handling of tools and equipment.
Physically fit to perform lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Can work with less supervision or with the team.
