Job Description
Machine Operation: Efficiently operate filling machines, bottle labeling machines, and sleeve inserting machines to ensure accurate and seamless production processes. Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, calibration, and maintenance activities.
To keep the machines in optimal working condition, minimizing downtime. Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and address technical issues with the machines to ensure continuous and smooth operation during production.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality standards for filling, labeling and sleeve insertion, ensuring products meet specifications. Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to optimize machine efficiency resolve issues.
Contribute to overall production goals. Training: Provide training to machine operators on proper usage, maintenance procedures and troubleshooting protocols.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of machine performance, maintenance activities, and any adjustments made to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Must have a valid TESDA National Certificate (NC2).
At least 3-4 years working experience. Work safety is a must.
Should have working knowledge to perform the task efficiently and productively.
