Job Description
1. Machine and line set-up according to production schedule.
2. Testing and verification of machine, measuring tools, and other equipment on their functionality and validity.
3. Preparation of all raw materials , tools, and accessories needed in the line.
4. Recording of parameters and other informations needed prior to production run.
5. Operation of all cooking, blending, grinding, and filling machines.
6. Monitoring of material usage, time, pressure, and temperature based parameters according to standard
parameters and requirements.
7. Recording of all observations during production run; product appearance and sensory, taste, color, and texture.
8. Materials, processing, and machine troubleshooting.
9. Performs basic machine maintenance.
10. Assists technicians during corrective maintenance.
11. Collects raw material, tools, and equipment for storage and safekeeping prior to CIP/cleaning.
12. Performs CIP/cleaning activities based on schedules and approved standard CIP/COP procedures.
Education
At least 2nd year college level or a technical/vocational course graduate.
Working Experience
Experience in a food manufacturing plant preferred.
