MACHINE OPERATOR / TECHNICIAN
 
Qualifications:
Technical vocational degree or equivalent experience in machine operation, manufacturing, or a related field.
Proven hands on experience (1 +years) operating at least two of the following machines: CNC Routers, 3D Printers (SLA/Resin preferred), Laser Cutters, or Large Format Digital Printers (Latex/UV preferred).
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for machine troubleshooting.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design files.
Basic computer literacy, familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus
Reliable, responsible, and capable of working effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
