Description
1. Comply with the policies stated in the GMP Manual and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures.
2. Follow standard procedures of processing as stated in the Process flow, QAP and HACCP Plans.
3. Follows standard procedure in equipment operations, set-up, clean-up, care and maintenance.
4. Reports any abnormalities observed and/or encountered on raw materials, in-process products, packaging materials, finished goods, equipment and the environment to the Supervisor and/or Manager in a timely manner.
5. Ensure execution of production schedules and plans.
6. Keeps track of product quality before, during and after processing through observing proper controls and proper recording.
7. Keeps track of and provides immediate feedback on the status, condition and performance of materials, process, equipment and environment of the line he is assigned to.
8. Provides corrective actions on abnormalities observed before, during and after processing under his Supervisor's guidance.
9. Reports any delays encountered in food processing and releasing.
10. Foresees possible outcome of the operations based on the condition of its resources.
11. Use smallwares, tools and equipment issued and/or assigned with due care and according to its standard operating procedure.
