MACHINE OPERATOR (FURNITURE MANUFACTURING)
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
We are looking for professional Wood Machine Operators to handle, operate, and maintain woodworking machinery for furniture manufacture. You will use raw materials to create high-quality furniture components while maintaining safety, efficiency, and precision.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate woodworking machines such as saws, planers, and sanders safely and efficiently
Monitor machinery for performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance
Follow production plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure consistent quality
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience operating woodworking machinery in a furniture or wood production setting
Knowledge of safety standards and proper machine handling
Ability to read production plans, technical drawings, and measurements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physical stamina to work in a manufacturing environment
