Ensure that suitable measuring equipment used in Production are calibrated periodically
Ensure the daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance are implemented properly
Generate forecasted spare parts inventory.
Ensure that the standard operating procedure was implemented accordingly
Generate reports for machine breakdown /downtime on a monthly basis
Allocate and assign manpower to do the mechanical repairs and monitor the progress of the repair
Coordinate and prepare requisition for the replacement of defective parts
Job Qualifications
Minimum educational attainment: College graduate or Vocational
At least 2 yrs. of relevant work experience in handling machine maintenance team
Knowledgeable in PLC and Motor Controls
Experienced in conducting machine troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and calibration
With experience in Production or Manufacturing company
Computer literate
Willing to be under Agency
Work Location is at Meycauayan, Bulacan.
