Job description
Supervises and performs machine and equipment alignment/set up and repair in accordance to procedure;
Performs preventive maintenance operation in accordance to procedure.
Prepares necessary maintenance form / record.
Assists in proper monitoring and checking of maintenance for effective use.
Supervises and conducts all preventive measures, modification and other maintenance activities concerning to machines.
Monitors availability and use of spare parts.
Performs line conversion/ machine set up and conduct qualification with respect to coil specifications.
Conducts and performs hourly machine monitoring and coil sample evaluation.
Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of BS Electronics Engineering course or its equivalent.
Experience
Knowledge and skills in PLC & Microcontroller programming & hardware design is an advantage.
Knowledge in Basic Machine Operation and computer literate.
Knowledge in basic Engineering and having a Behavioral trainings is also an advantage.
