Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Preferably with previous experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with background and experience in machine/equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
1. Perform Machine maintenance to ensure machine output of good quality product with high efficiency, and can execute with minimum supervision with 100% completion achievement against plan.
2. Provide technical support in any Machine related problem that can cause potential failure in quality and line stop and can analyze repair/recover machine/equipment with minimum supervision on the shortest time possible.
3. Review spare parts list status and machine stock for maintenance/ repair consumption and can identify with full understanding of machine spare parts and specifications for execution of purchase requisition and can follow spare parts deposit/withdrawal procedure with maintain 90% spare inventory in area of responsibility.
4. Instruct and monitor assigned engineering staff to perform daily activity and can train and motivate engineering staff on all daily activity with minimum mistake with strict compliance to workplace and company regulations
5. Participate on granted seminar/training given by the company and can apply learnings from seminar/training to workplace with strict compliance on attendance on scheduled training/seminar.
6. Fully practice all procedures related to ISO/TS applicable to area of responsibility and can understand and strictly practice implementation of ISO/TS procedures consistently with no non conformities deviation from governing procedures in area of responsibilities.
