JOB DESCRIPTION
Machine Adjuster changes parts and makes the adjustments needed to change the machine from one size or style of product to another. to have a fine Adjustments. The adjuster must make small changes in the machine settings to correct irregularities that may detract from the product's quality.
JOB QUALIFICATION
At least:
MALE not more than 40 years old
Electrical Engineering or Electro Mechanical Technology graduate/undergraduate
TESDA Certificate in Electrical Installation and Maintenance NCII, NCIII (updated/re-validated)
Also knowledgeable in basic Electrical wiring and can read machine manuals, blue prints
1-2 years of relevant experience as Machine Maintenance in a manufacturing setting
Can handle pressure and is willing to undergo shifting schedule
Work include trouble shooting, calibration and adjustments of machine parameters for plastic packaging products.
Good leadership, and technical skills
