Records and monitors inventory movement transactions. Processes documents of all approved lubes sales orders (SO)
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. As Lubes Custodian
Arranges stocks of lubes products in accordance to established scheme and storage requirements
Monitors approved requests and SO through email and oracle system and updates Summary of Unlifted Orders
Prepares lubes products as indicated in approved requests and SO
Performs physical counting (inventory) of lubes stocks
Releases lubes products as approved with proper documentation
Assists in stevedoring of lubes products
Checks items received and issued versus supporting documents
Cycle counts and reconciles inventory variances
Performs cleaning and housekeeping of area
2. As Document Controller
Encodes inventory movement transactions such as receiving and issuances
Monitors and records inventory balances
Prepares releasing documents such as Picking List and Delivery Receipt/MRIF and inventory reports
Collates and transmits acknowledged DRMonitors dispatching supplies, forms and materials
Updating of Lubes Inventory working template
3. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Preferred Qualifications for this Role:
College graduate, preferably with a degree in engineering, may consider fresh graduates
At least a year of experience in the oil and gas industry but fresh graduates can be considered
Computer literate, Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications, Keen to details, Can multi-task, Can work with minimum supervision
If experienced, preferably from the oil and gas industry
Will work on shifting schedule
Will work on extended hours including weekends and holidays, if needed
Ready to change work location
Physically fit to work (stricter checking of medical results and history especially lung-related condition)
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
