Generation of quotations, proposals & correspondence
Support operation processes related to Contract management and order processing
Software fulfilment and renewal reviews
Generation of reports and invoicing time & Material & out of pockets
Evaluate requests for quotes from the sales team and be able to analyze or interpret ambiguous information in order to make reliable and accurate decisions
Revise quotes in Excel based on requests from the sales team. Several reiterations may be required based on customer requirements
Notify the sales team when product, discount or quantity anomalies are uncovered
Ensure each quote follows a uniform format which allows other team members to understand and amend the quote if required
Prepare final contracts for the sales team so that they can get sign off from their customers
Ensure documentation is filed and indexed correctly
Prepare supporting correspondence for the sales team including pro forma invoices and product summaries
End to end ownership of the quote to fulfilment process
Be a collaborative member of REPH sales ops team
