MINIMUM JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Shifting Schedule
- Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Representative (TECHNICAL SUPPORT ADVISOR)
- Inbound Customer Service
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Completed at-least 2 yrs. In college
2. Must have at least 1yr. of BPO Experience in a voice account, with a 6months in a Technical Account or
3. If you are a H.S Graduate A MUST! that you have 2YRS. SOLID BPO EXPERIENCE and if you are a College Undergrad who completed less than 2yrs. A MUST! That you have a 1YR. SOLID OF BPO EXPERIENCE
4. A quite place/space to work at home with a STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION OF 6MBPS UPLOAD AND 10MBPS DOWNLOAD SPEED AND IT'S A MUST.
5. Good understanding of Consumer Electronics Products solid Technical and Diagnostic Skills with tested Problem-Solving Skills
6. Strong Verbal and Written English Communications Skills
7. Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
8. Can WORK FROM HOME in ORTIGAS, PASIG CITY.
