Job Summary
* Provide high-quality customer service to customers, and ensure smooth flow of enquiries and complaints via email or chat.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all responses to customers and clients are given with sincerity and compassion.
• Ensure that all customer enquiries are rightfully attended to on a timely basis.
• Resolve queries of the customers by encoding the standard replies through e-mail within the assigned turnaround time.
Qualification:
•At least High School Grad
•Basic Web navigation Skills
•Excellent typing speed
