Well Versed in North American accent
Phone speaking neutral accent is preferred
Sales skill (preferred, not required)
Experience in case management / account management (preferred, not required)
Experience in roles within Travel / hospitality industry ( preferred, not required)
DOS Base Application exposure ( preferred, not required)
