Job responsibilities
Call Placement - Operators will be placing participants to ongoing conference on the bridge.
General Reservations - Reservationist will provide assistance to customers who wish to create, modify
and cancel their conference calls. They should also assist customers regarding their inquiries, provide
walkthrough self-service tools and do features up-selling.
Call Facilitation - Lead operators wil be asked to assist leaders in facilitating their respective conference
