<\/p>Key Accountabilities:<\/b><\/p><\/p>Manage office administration activities which includes real estate, facilities and utilities management, local government compliance reporting and permits, and IT end user support. <\/li><\/ul><\/p>BCM Planning and Execution<\/li><\/ul><\/p>Establish and coordinate the development, and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans for the business unit. <\/li>Coordinate recovery activities corresponding to the appropriate disaster scenario.
<\/li>Provide support and advisory to Senior Leaders. <\/li>Institute change in future iterations of the BCP and testing. <\/li><\/ul><\/p>Partner with Human Resources and Business Unit leaders in driving engagement activities for MITDC PH.
<\/li><\/ul><\/p>Partner with the Human Resources leaders to address and resolve people related matters and issues<\/li><\/ul><\/p>Ensure MITDC'S Technical, Leadership and Professional Development training programs are forecasted, scheduled, and conducted for targeted participants in MITDC PH. Work on identifying how these training programs can be improved or refined based on NPS and training feedback surveys. <\/li><\/ul><\/p>Ensure MITDC's targets on Change Management, i.e., success rates, incidents caused by change are met. Partner with MITDC's Change Management process owner and Delivery teams in identifying how our current practices can be improved based on monthly actual performance on these mentioned KPIs.
<\/li><\/ul><\/p>Drive the hiring and recruiting efforts for the MITDC. Work with the Talent Acquisition team, and Business Unit leaders to drive recruitment targets and remove impediments in the recruitment process for MITDC. <\/li><\/ul><\/p>Partner and drive the talent acquisition activities for the center and ensure that the right talent and sourcing channel mix are used for the center.
<\/li><\/ul><\/p>Manage the P&L for the center. Job Requirements:<\/b><\/li><\/ul>8-10 years project management experiencewith expectation that you are a hands-on practitioner. <\/li>Good organizational and problem-solving abilities that enable you to manage through impediments.
