Job Description:
Serving as point of contact for customers on any logistics related issues
Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues or queries related to logistics
Managing the company's supplies, materials and products
Overseeing supply chain processes, such as purchases, inventory, warehouse spaces and transportation services used
Identifying ways to improve logistical operations.
Strategizing for time and cost savings throughout the supply chain process
Following sales orders to prepare goods for shipment.
Qualifications:
At least a high school graduate.
Have a logistics experience and necessary skills in overseeing shipment materials and processes.
Experience in stock control and a good knowledge of hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards.
Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can work on a fast-paced environment.
Must have exceptional planning and multi-tasking skills to effectively prioritize and handle multiple assignments.
Can work in flexible schedules.
Can start as soon as possible.
