We are looking for Logistics Staff who will play a key role in coordinating and facilitating the efficient movement of goods and materials. The ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensuring smooth logistics operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare export invoices and other shipping documents for submission to Central IMPEX and government agencies to ensure shipping carrier requirements and regulations are met
Record and retrieve information related to supply/logistics including receiving documents and data for input to ensure its completeness and accuracy in adherence to the established procedure
Coordinate with Central IMPEX in the shipment/delivery schedule and in tracking the estimated time of arrival for finished products to point of destination
Check received materials and finished products to ensure it coincides with corresponding quantity and quality specified in invoices, receipts and other documents
Manage inventory management processes and results to maintain current data on product availability status and submit inventory reports to superior
Follow FIFO method to ensure order on parts distribution based on production demands
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of any Bachelor's Degree courses or with any equivalent experience
With experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field is a plus
Familiarity with logistics software and tracking systems.
Proficient in general office practices and usage of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and communication skills
Must have a professional demeanor and, a strong orientation to customer excellence
