Description:
- Responsible for closely monitoring inbound, internal transfer and outbound deliveries of items
- Scheduling and enforcement of Production and assignment of manpower
- Monitor Job order fulfillment and stock requirements
- Preparation and Dispatch of outbound deployment and deliveries
- Monitor and quality check of inbound deliveries
- Dispensing of products/materials/consumables for production
- Monitor facilities and other maintenance works
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requisitions as needed
- Perform actual inventory count and monitor storage hubs
- Prepares necessary daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Other tasks assigned from time to time
Skills:
- Must be computer literate and proficient in using email and Microsoft Office and Google applications such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or related field
- Prior work experience related to production, logistics and inventory will be an advantage
- Background in construction and metal works industry is preferred
- Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
- Flexible, reliable, detail-oriented and highly organized
- Willing to do occasional field work
- Willing to work in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
