· Performs all activities in ensuring the timely applications of applicable Philippines Regulatory permit / clearance to meet the Aircraft Checks and operations requirements.
· Monitors the status update of the permit / clearance applications to meet the timely delivery of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
· Performs the ensuring of data reliability of all permit/ clearance applications.
· Performs the daily submission of permit/clearance monitoring and approval report.
· Ensures the compliance of the Philippine Regulatory Agencies implementing rules and regulations.
· Ensures the timely renewal of applicable license/registration/certification.
· Maintain and monitor an updated reference documents related to proper compliances of the regulatory requirements.
· Maintains customer and end user satisfaction by providing accurate information on permit/clearance requirements, status, and update or any related information with regards to regulatory compliances
· Performs all related activities in ensuring Delivery in Full on Time (DIFOT) for Aircraft On time delivery while maintaining the full compliance with Philippines Regulatory.
· Ensures the time request of Fund Maintenance related to permit/ certificate/ license regulatory charges/ fees.
·Performs other related task as may be assigned from time to time.
