Job Description
Manage physical distribution of all products through selected channels with the objective of ensuring that all orders are served completely on time and in the most cost-effective manner.
Physical Distribution - Ensure that all cement products are delivered to clients in good quality and on time; implement and comply to institutional processes IN ORDER TO meet customer requirements.
Warehouse Operations - Monitor and maximize use of warehousing facilities IN ORDER TO optimize utilization and manage cost efficiency.
Inventory Management - Monitor inventory reports IN ORDER TO ensure availability of products, minimize losses and breakages, maintain low holding cost and inventory accuracy.
Personnel Management - Implement of corporate policies and effectively organize and motivate personnel IN ORDER TO meet departmental goals.
Project Management - Participate and provide inputs in the conceptualization and implementation of assigned projects IN ORDER TO improve departmental processes and procedures.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent
At least five (5) years relevant experience in distribution / warehousing
Required Skill(s): Dispatch Operations, Inventory Monitoring, Transport Utilization
With excellent leadership and analytical skills, time and project management, problem solving, and effective communications.
Willing to be assigned in Tacloban, Eastern Visayas
