LOGISTICS OFFICER
 
CORCONDEV is seeking a responsible, results-driven Logistics Officer to oversee efficient storage and procurement processes. and delivery of construction materials between the main warehouse and project sites. The ideal candidate must ensure that materials are delivered to the correct location at the right time and at the optimal cost, while maintaining quality, safety, and operational standards.
 
Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing the efficient flow of goods and materials
Coordinate the timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site and warehouse
Ensure materials are delivered accurately to the site and warehouse
Make a delivery schedule and route
Assign a driver and a truck boy
Assign a vehicle in coordination with the Motor Pool Department
Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries with proper inventory
Monitor delivery timeline
Coordinate with the overall supply chain process and liaise with suppliers and project sites
Use the IT system to monitor, track, and control the order and delivery cycle
Plan, schedule, and manage transportation and dispatch of materials
Monitor and manage the company's logistics fleet and vehicle dispatch
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor's degree related to logistics or a management-related course
Experienced in manning logistics operations
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in logistics software
Honest and hardworking
