Logistics OfficerCorro Construction Development and Trade Corporation

CORCONDEV is looking for a responsible and results-oriented LOGISTICS OFFICER who will oversee the efficient storage, procurement, and delivery of construction materials between the main warehouse and project sites. The ideal candidate must ensure materials are delivered to the right place at the right time, and at the right cost - while upholding quality, safety, and operational standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the overall supply chain process and liaise with supplier and project sites
Use IT systems to monitor, track, and control the order and delivery cycle.
Plan, schedule and manage transportation and dispatch of materials
Supervise warehouse operations and ensure proper loading/unloading of deliveries
Check and verify the quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing materials
Prepare and process logistics-related documentation and reports
Generate and submit regular warehouse and inventory reports to management
Enforce safety standards, housekeeping practices, and warehouse protocols.
Monitor and manage company logistics fleet and vehicle dispatch
Requirements and Skills:
Graduate of Bachelor's or college degree in engineering, business administration of any equivalent course
With 2-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or construction operations
Strong background in warehouse supervision and material handling
Knowledgeable in documentation, inventory systems, and record management
Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets or logistics software is an advantage
Experience in a construction company is highly preferred
