LOGISTICS & MOTORPOOL HEAD
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
Monitor inventory movement and ensure accuracy of inventory count.
Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
Responsible in supervising logistics personnel including purchasing, warehouse and drivers / messengers
Take preventive and corrective measure to ensure safety of vehicles
Make sure that all vehicles are properly registered
Manages accident reports
Ensuring the adequate count of motorpool asset
Supervise the motorpool operations, maintenance of all vehicles and heavy equipment, maintain records, prepare vehicle and equipment specifications.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 
Bachelor's / College Degree of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
At least 5 to 7 years work experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must have a supervisory or managerial role in warehousing and logistics.
Thorough knowledge of current and effective warehouse and logistics operations and practices.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Able to work under pressure/with deadlines.
