JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Supply and Inventory Planning Supervisor, will supervise our team of supply and inventory planners, overseeing day-to-day supply and inventory planning activities. In this role, you will guide our team that monitors key integrated business planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, helping coordinate cross-functional work teams.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Define inventory strategy and segmentation, incorporating other relevant strategies.
Prepare the supply and inventory planning inputs for capacity scenarios and recommendations.
Review and publish supply and inventory planning metrics targets.
Conduct performance management, talent development, succession planning and engagement.
You will have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, and much of your time is spent completing the same tasks as the subordinate employees.

Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum one year of directly related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
One year of supervisory experience
